GETTING STARTED

What is the difference between interpretation and translation?

Interpretation is spoken, translation is written. Interpreters help people communicate verbally in real time, while translators work with documents.

What languages do you offer?

We offer over 70 languages and dialects to work with,

Are your interpreters and translators certified?

Yes. I work with professionals who are certified or trained in their field, especially for legal, medical, and community settings. Credentials vary by province and setting.

Can you provide services across Canada?

Yes, I provide interpretation and translation services in all provinces and territories, on-site and remotely

The difference between a certified and a notarized translation

certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator or agency attesting that the translation is accurate and complete. It’s typically used for official documents like immigration applications, academic records, and legal paperwork.

notarized translation involves the translator signing the certification in front of a notary public, who verifies the identity of the signer—not the content itself. This is often required for court documents or documents submitted abroad.

The more notice, the better.Usually appointments should be booked 48 hours ahead. We can often arrange urgent requests, including sameday appointments, depending on interpreter availability.
